Snek pagi --> A glass of hot plain green tea 🍡 + 3 biskut crackers πŸͺ sapu sikit peanut butter chocolate 🍫πŸ₯œ + Apollo Checker πŸ§‡

Lunch --> Nasi 🍚 + ikan sardin goreng 🐟 + sup sayur campur (taugeh 🌱 + sawi πŸ₯¬ + carrot πŸ₯• + daun kucai 🌿) + peria crispy πŸ₯’ + sambal tumis 🌢️ + plain hot green tea 🍡

Snek petang --> sebiji oren sunkist 🍊 + secawan kopi o panas kurang gula ☕ + 5 biskut crackers 

Dinner --> Nasi 🍚 + sayur macam tengahari tadi + ikan sardin goreng 🐟 + sup daging 🍲 + peria crispy πŸ₯’ + sambal tumis 🌢️ + milo ais sikit πŸ§‰

Supper --> Kopi o panas kurang gula ☕ + 5 keping biskut crackers πŸͺ
