1 roti wheat germ Massimo 🍞 + Sapu peanut butter coklat 🍫πŸ₯œ

Rojak buah belimbing, jambu batu (sedap oi) 🍐⭐

Air kosong secukupnya πŸ₯€ (still breastfeed my 2 month old baby. Setakat ni milk supply cukup saja walaupun berpuasa. Alhamdulillah 🀲)

Lunch

Nasi 🍚

Sup daging 🍲 (Dalam sup ada daging πŸ– saderi 🌱 tomato πŸ… bawang holland πŸ§…)

Telur mata 🍳

Karipap πŸ₯Ÿ (Dini makan kerak je, isinya terpaksa I makan)

Seteko hot plain green tea 🍡

Dinner

Same as lunch (except for telur mata, karipap)

Breastfeeding so far so good. Milk supply masih cukup untuk my 2 months old baby 🍼 Breastfeeding also burn calories. 

Total steps today --> Tak kira

Workout --> *tak start workout lagi sebab takut luka czer belum sembuh betul. Soon dah bersedia, kita workout*
