Unfortunately, IF saya kecundang di minit 10:51pm kerana telah memakan kek coklat yg Dini mintak buatkan πŸ₯²πŸ°πŸ« 

I will never lie to myself. If I cheat, I will recorded it as my incompleted fasting.

Breastfeeding so far so good. Milk supply masih cukup untuk my 2 months old baby 🍼 Breastfeeding also burn calories

Workout today --> *not yet started, considering my czer wound takes time to heal completely*

P/s: I'm not doing strict diet, I still eat what I like in moderate amount to prevent giving up so fast like hot hot chicken shit, you know what I mean. Also to prevent binge eating.
