Breastfeeding so far so good. Milk supply masih cukup untuk my 2 months old baby 🍼 Breastfeeding also burn calories
Workout today --> *not yet started, considering my czer wound takes time to heal completely*
P/s: I'm not doing strict diet, I still eat what I like in moderate amount to prevent giving up so fast like hot hot chicken shit, you know what I mean. Also to prevent binge eating.

ReplyDeletegood luck syafiqa..linda Alhamdulillah pengalaman mengandung 4 kali, time puasa ok je...x pnh x puasa lah...cuma yg no 4, sebab bersalin di pulan posa..merasa jugak lah ganti posa berbelas2 hari...hahaha
