Nasi goreng tomyam Ayah Dini masak semalam. Of course bukan sekadar nasi goreng. Mestilah ada sayur jugak. Barulah balance. Ada kacang panjang + carrot πŸ₯•πŸ«›

Cuit sekeping roti butterscotch Ayah Dini 🍞🧈

Nasi 🍚 segenggam sahaja

Breastfeeding so far so good. Milk supply masih cukup untuk my 2 months old baby 🍼 Breastfeeding also burn calories. Untuk milk supply yang cukup semasa puasa, saya kena makan berat jugak time sahur. Berat dan balance sebab susu drop kalau makan ringan sahaja.

Workout today --> *not yet started considering my czer wound tak baik betul lagi*

P/s: I'm not doing strict diet, I still eat what I like in moderate amount to prevent giving up so fast like hot hot chicken shit, you know what I mean. Also to prevent binge eating.

Notes:

Pisang goreng and chicken dumpling Ayah Dini bawak balik. I makan je sekali. Berjaya tak tambah nasi harini huehuehue. Segenggam je nasi saya makan. Tapi tu lah ada tambahan pisang goreng puleks πŸ˜†
