Puasa Ganti

Intermittent fasting --> Start IF 5.50pm semalam, end at 8.45am pagini

Starting weight --> 69.2kg (27 November 2023)

Today's weight --> 66.2kg (BMI 26.52)

Target weight --> 50kg (BMI 20)

Measurement:

Waist --> From 32in to 31.5in

Hips --> From 43in to 42.52in

Thigh --> From 27in to 25.98in

Chest --> From 38in to 37.01in

Breastfeeding so far so good. Milk supply masih cukup untuk my 2 months old baby 🍼 Breastfeeding also burn calories.

Untuk milk supply yang cukup semasa puasa, saya kena makan berat jugak time sahur. Berat dan balance sebab susu drop kalau makan ringan sahaja.

P/s: I'm not doing strict diet, I still eat what I like in moderate amount to prevent giving up so fast like hot hot chicken shit, you know what I mean. Also to prevent binge eating.

Notes:

Tak bestnya tak dapat puasa ganti lagi. Tak berapa nak terkawal pun makan bila IF. Tapi tu lah, IF is better than nothing. 

Hopefully esok dah boleh start balik puasa ganti. Boleh strict sikit jaga makan. Berat pun stuck situ je.
