Hips --> From 43in to 42.52in

Breastfeeding so far so good. Milk supply masih cukup untuk my 2 months old baby πΌ Breastfeeding also burn calories.
Untuk milk supply yang cukup semasa puasa, saya kena makan berat jugak time sahur. Berat dan balance sebab susu drop kalau makan ringan sahaja.
P/s: I'm not doing strict diet, I still eat what I like in moderate amount to prevent giving up so fast like hot hot chicken shit, you know what I mean. Also to prevent binge eating.
